Online/Virtual Doctor Accepts Empire Plan
I tried calling Empire to get a list of providers but they said that they didn’t have a list of doctors who provided the service. They did give me a list of requirements-they must be in network and have interactive audio and visual to be acceptable.
Can anyone give me some guidance who has Empire Plan and has been able to just have a co pay?
Any help is greatly appreciated! I need the motion sickness patch for a loooonng bus trip with students and really don’t want to go to a doctors office and sit with the sick people.

If you are willing to pay $49 for it out of pocket- try Virtuwell. No video chat or call is required. Fill out an online questionnaire, give them your medical history and BOOM prescription called in to your pharmacy. They do take insurance, but not mine. But to me it's worth the $50

I’m so confused...so for instance could you be like I think I have strep throat and they will send you in meds? Totally worth the $50 if you need meds ASAP but I just don’t get it lol

Nope not for strep. That needs a lab test/throat swab. Things like a sinus infection, pink eye, yeast infection when you've had one before and know the symptoms, eczema rashes, etc. She said she wanted a motion sick patch so that's something they'd probably do online
