gluten free white cake

i'm experimenting and exploring the gluten free world because my baby cousin was recently diagnosed with celiac and i want to make sure that she knows she can eat everything at my house.

as i'm exploring recipes for easter brunch, i tried this one. YUM!!
i made the cake.
i didn't tell SO that it was gluten free (he's pickier than a 3-year-old). he liked it... hell, he went back for seconds.

i brought about half of the cake to work for those who wanted to be testers. everyone liked it.

i made the cake using King Arthur's gluten free measure for measure flour.

Thanks for sharing this recipe. I have found you can substitute cup for cup flour for most recipes and they come out great.
