Best gluten free cupcake/cake mix and icing
I'm making cupcakes for dd's dance class and one of the little girls cannot have gluten. Which gluten free cake mixes and icings are the best? I can make from scratch if need be.

I used a mix a few weeks ago and it was absolutely delicious. I'll check the brand tonight and let you know.

Betty Crocker!! It's in the regular cake mix aisle there's yellow and chocolate varieties
Also most mainstream icings are too... Just read by the ingredients it usually says "gluten free "
