NYS unemployment "Shared Work Program"
Anyone fall under this umbrella? Dh is getting a 20% reduction of salary effective the 18th, and was told that he can apply for unemployment under the shared work program. Curious if anyone's done this and can help us out/answer some questions I have. For example, would he just qualify for 20% of the $1100/week? or are the numbers different for this program?

I am curious myself.
I wonder if 20% is the cap; or if the decrease in salary is say 5-10%; do those people qualify as well?

I have the answer to that. It's for 20%-60% reduction. If you are reduced less than 20% or more than 60% you do not qualify for the program
