Landscaper responsible?

The landscaper broke the glass in a window at my house (It's a double pane window and just the outside pane is broken, but I have a feeling it'll be $$$ to repair). I recently had to have my cesspool replaced, so right now, most of my front lawn is sand and there are a lot of pebbles/rocks. I know the window was broken by the landscaper and I'm pretty sure it was by a small rock being propelled at the window by the weeder. Is this something the landscaping company would be responsible for?

The landscaper broke my sliding glass door this way. I was there and saw it happen so it was not like he could deny it. They paid for a new door. It was nearly $1000.

My husband has his own business, and yes it happens often, from the weed whacker. They should be responsible and fix it.

Yes, the landscaper is responsible. They can put it through their insurance.

They are. They should have job insurance for that.

Happened to our sliding glass door last year. Landscaper taped glass and had it replaced within 2 weeks. We didn't even ask. He volunteered to replace.
