Video Recording Neighbor
Does anyone know if there is any type of law about a neighbor video recording someone's backyard? We are talking about using their cell phone from the second floor of their home to record the neighbor's backyard.
No illegal activity happening, nothing suspicious just an angry neighbor who is not happy with recent construction (which is completely code).
Is there anything that can be done? Or just ignore it (not me by the way, a family member)

Honestly, there is nothing they can do with that video and if all is legal and code with the construction, I'd just ignore it.
Some people have nothing better to do with their time. But at the end of the day, they will end up frustrated because that video they are taking will do nothing for them.
If they were filming my child out in the yard, that would be another story. But just my legal construction zone, have at it!!

That would irk me to no end.
That is such a violation of privacy and happy I don't have one in front or in back of me.
I assume the neighbor is doing it in plain sight, not caring if he is seen doing it.
I would, however, buy huge trees. The highest I can find. Anything!!! $1,000's of dollars, yes, but worth it to save my privacy and my sanity before I would have to murder someone.

There is nothing you can do. There is no expectation of privacy in a yard or the outside of your home. If they were recording you inside that would be a different story.
