Employer says you cant leave early?
That's aggravating, but did you run it by your boss before you clocked out? It sounds like you assumed you would leave at 4 and just clocked out so she decided to make you stay. My boss is pretty flexible so I dont have to deal with that but for some people it's an ego thing...

Actually since that time we had that one storm that came out of no where, we have been allowed to leave early as it took many of us 3 hours to go 10 or 15 miles home.
Working from home so sad I won’t get a snow day tomorrow like we would have if we were working in the office.
