thanks.
yes, i know. my chances are slim, but i thought i'd ask.

Try Target but it will be tough. Especially for common sizes

I would check kohls. Bonus if you can order online and just drive up to get the order.

I went into my local Target yesterday and it was a freaking mad house. I walked right out. So much for those strict Covid capacity and social distancing guidelines, guess it doesn’t matter when it’s Target.

Omg right? We pulled in around 11 am and the parking lot was full to capacity almost. I told DH that there is nothing I need in there worth that kind of stress. Can you imagine what the lines were like? we'd have been there for 3 hours! We went back around 9 pm after dinner and it was a pleasure. (Also I has a Cosmo in me so that helped make the experience that much nicer. I highly recommend going to Target at this time of year with a cocktail in your system! )
They were open until midnight too. I guess the Covid being more dangerous after 10 pm only applies to restaurants.

Re: last minute christmas purchase
That’s a smart way to shop!
I actually walked in and the line to check out was wrapped around to the merchandise aisles. I was like heck no, went to the Starbucks in there and walked out. Lol. I’m going to do order pick up and go tomorrow morning.
And yes the holiday hours are still happening, which, per usual doesn’t make any sense.
