Yes, but not sure if I do. I like the way it feels. Keep it in the fridge or a cool place and at night feels good after a shower and lotion my face with all my products... LOL
skin cream, under eye, moisturizer, etc. LOL
I was told roll up and to do it 3 times. Who knows? But I like the way it feels.
