Has anyone been to a wedding or similar event recently?

We had discussed this in a previous post, but I’m just curious how they are policing test results? I have a wedding in June (hopefully) and I’m curious if I go on my own and bring results or if you just sign something?

I know I’ll get details as it gets closer, and I’m sure things will change by then. Just curious if anyone has gone thru it yet.

And we’re dancing pods actually enforced???

We are having my kids b’nai mitzvah in May. Fifty guests. All the adults are vaccinated. The staff is vaccinated. So it will just be the kids and they are all at home doing virtual school. We will have some dancing but are giving everyone masks.

I haven't attended anything, but I believe in NY, the facility is supposed to use the Excelsior pass to check your vaccination or test results. I don't think they are required to use it, but they are supposed to be checking and it is supposed to be a standardized way of checking. Your test results should show up there, but just vaccination records.

I was told that they will let us know that if they have under 100 guests you won’t have to test. Those are the rules as of right now.

Went to a wedding in March. The venue didnt allow dancing at all. And it was enforced. The maitre d almost threw someone out after 3 warnings. We were not asked to show test results or proof of vaccine. There were 40 guests
