There was a report that one of the families with missing loved ones had received 16 missed calls from the landline in their parents apartment on Friday while they were at the community center waiting for news. The only thing that can be heard on the other end is static though. Sickening to think that they were alive and calling for help.

Miami building collapse
So I just read an article that an engineer was there 6/22 to give an estimate for repair work and he saw signs of significant structural damage, I think in the parking garage that was near or under the pool. He took pics and sent it to the Miami Herald and it shows that the rebar in some of the concrete is exposed and very rusted/corroded. There was water seeping in the parking garage for years and they would apparently just pump it out but did not take any action to repair
