We liked the team Columbia/New York Presbyterian when my mom had lung cancer (she had brain metastasis so we saw their neuro team in addition to her lung specialist).

I'm so sorry you have to be asking. I don't know any specific but definitely use a neuro oncologist and with the major hospitals or cancer center.

A surgeon or an oncologist? A surgeon will perform surgery and an oncologist will handle the medical management. Which you need depends on the recommended treatment, which is generally based on the stage and location of the tumor. I agree with the PP in that you need to go to a cancer center. MSK, Columbia and Cornell all have good neuro onc programs. NYU also has a reputable cancer center but I’m not familiar with their neuro program.
Regardless, I’m sorry to hear. Good luck to you.
