Preteen boy vitamins
My son is 12. Looking for good daily vitamins for him. He also has braces so not sure if he should have gummies. Any suggestions. He’s on the small side. Not that vitamins would help but he doesn’t take now except for elderberry syrup. Thanks!

Our dentist strongly discourages gummies because they are terrible for their teeth. I’ve been giving my kids chewable kids multivitamins for a while. My 12 year old has always been one of the smallest kids, but he finally went through a growth spurt this year and is catching up to at least some of his peers.
