Locating vaccination records
Has anyone had to do this? Or do you know anyone that has? How difficult is it?
I asked my mom and of course they don't have anything from the 70s...
The system is different here and they use the WHO yellow booklet, so everyone has their records. My mom gave me this link, but I'm wondering if anyone had to do this? My doctors from NY are dead or retired. I need the record for the new job.

Nothing on my birth certificate. I did call my high school and they still had some records, so they are sending that over. I called NCC as I started there and they have my MMR record, but I have to pay for it (with a check or money order, so not very easy as the banking is different here). So annoying.
Hopefully, what I get from the high school will be enough.

Locating vaccination records
The state you lived in should have the records. I don't know if you can get them on your own though or if you have to go through a doctor. We had an issue with our daughter's vaccination records and the doctors were on a call with the state verifying what was recorded.

Re: Locating vaccination records
Thanks everyone! My High School had my vaccination records! I just have to pay for the MMR record from NCC, but I will wait on that. The problem now is that all the records from my elementary school/high school are handwritten. I hope they will accept that. I don't have a translation.
I have to get a blood test anyway, so I will ask about titers. The paperwork for this job will surely kill me, lol.

I looked into this. The records start after 2008/2003? Not sure exactly. But I got my baby vaccination records, so that's good. My Paediatrician is dead, so I only have his signature on my primary school forms.

I would just call the schools you went to. I was in one school district my whole life, so maybe that made things easier?
