Breast reduction and insurance
I was wondering if anyone has experience with getting a breast reduction and having insurance cover the procedure. What’s the process like and what kind of documentation does insurance require?

I would think it would be, if you can show a medical need. A cousin of mine had this. Her breast were so large it was causing other medical issues, such as shoulder and back pain, and preventing her to participate in activities, such as sports.

My friend did this a few years ago but from what I am hearing, it's easier now. She had her OB document she was having back pain, she went for one chiropractor visit and then she was able to get it covered.
