between work (a colleague quit- and I think he had the clients from hell because they are OBNOXIOUS)
plus this surprise party. My MIL is a pain in the azz and I still can't figure out what's going on with the "and kids" situation because that guy won't call me back.
I brought home a whole pile of work to do because those clients are missing A LOT of items. They're only my responsibility for a short while, but if I pass them on while they're still "incomplete", I will look like the azz.
And, I hate working in NYC- I am ALWAYS on the subways, so this is just too much for me.
Please don't take this the wrong way, but I have read your posts about your MIL since we were planning our weddings and she is the worst. You have some patience!!!!!! Patience is definitely a strength of yours.
Don't let her ruin your fun time at your DH party.
