I agree, that early in the morning in a residential area, chances are you might see him again. Do you know what kind of car he was driving?

I agree. Since it was in a residential area, you may see him again. I would definitley report it to the cops. Give the best description you can!

OK, i think i would have straightened myself out and chased him down till i got his plate or ran him off the road!! Call it getting closure.
Because giving a description most of the times doesn't work especial in NY. I usually keep a crow bar in the back trunk just in case i run into a problem (just joking).

I am sorry this happened to you..but I am glad you werent hurt...people are so terrible sometimes.... the same thing happened to me coming off the meadowbrook one day...they just took off....
