I never do and the dentist always yells at me. I never had a cavity and my teeth are bling white, so I guess it is a "what I don't see won't hurt me" kind of attitude. Very stupid, I know.

Once a day. And I use the Hydrofloss machine thingy that my dentist recommends...OMG, the stuff that comes out of my teeth sockets!
OMG...I have this machine...the first week was a nightmare. My whole entire bathroom was soaked...lol

After 2 root canals, and 1 cavity and a fear of the dentist, I floss every day and also use a proxy brush, it must be working my dentist says my gums look very healthy. It has become part of my routine. I also use Listerine.I am no longer scraed to go to the dentist.
