Re: Did I have an anxiety attack?
I used to get anxiety attacks all the time, and now only once in awhile. I never used to actually get sick, but all the symptoms you described completely match what happens to me when I get a horrible anxiety attack...feeling naseous, feeling like I can't breathe, can't sit in one spot, feeling the need to leave wherever I am when it happens. It's a horrible feeling. There are different breathing methods that can help to get through them.

Re: Did I have an anxiety attack?
the symptoms of a panic attack are sudden onset and a circumscribed period of at least 2 of some of the following dizziness/lightheadedness nauseau/vomiting numbness/tingling shaking/sweating paliptations or tightness in chest shortness of breath feeling like you are going crazy or are going to die feeling like the world around you isnt real feeling like you are not connected to your body
so it definately could have been, and if it was just one I probably wouldnt do anything. If it happens frequently or is interfering with your functioning I would seek treatment.
