Having an anxiety attack. HELP

I'm having a major anxiety attack right now.

I feel short of breath, light headed and like have a pressure in my body I can't get rid of.

I feel like my body is going to explode - quite literally.

I have a meeting in 10 minuts I have to be at.

What can I do? Chat Icon

Re: Having an anxiety attack. HELP

put your tongue on the roof of your mouth; breathe in through the nose, out through the mouth and keep your tongue there...it helps. Get some water...then go home if you can!

Re: Having an anxiety attack. HELP

Go to the bathroom and put a cool paper towel on the back of your neck and let the water run on the inside of your wrists. It should help! Chat Icon

Re: Having an anxiety attack. HELP

Get a cold pack or wet paper towel and put it on the back of your neck... and do deep breaths in and out and you will calm down. go outside in the cold to that could help some fresh air
