Yes--this is a school for special needs. I work for the DOE and sometimes the DOE sends children who they feeel they cant serve (or parents fight long and hard enough to finally get them to pay).

Very nice, its in a JCC. I did a lot of field work there when I was going to St.John's. Most of the kids are learning disabled or Aspergers. This was also about 8 years ago so don't take my word for it!
