1. Strawberry or raspberry
2. I love chocolate cake with strawberry or raspberry fillings, but I don't really like anything coffee or espressor flavored so that wouldn't be my first choice for a cake.

I love pudding fillings, mostly chocolate, but cannoli comes in at a close second.
I pretty much hate any fruit filling, so your espresso cake would sound great if it just had chocolate or buttercream filling

In chocolate cake covered in whipped cream......that is EXACTLY what out wedding cake was SUPPOSED to be but they screwed it up & did yellow cake instead.
