Thats my concern...maybe I should go with something a little more lighter like mocha...
My all time favorite is mocha filling!!! A bakery by my parents house makes one to die for. We always get it for our b-days! I also love buttercream. I hate fruit filling.

Cannoli but that's hard to come by out here. Heck cannoli's are hard to come by out here. Second choice is chocolate mousse. No fuit filling and I'm usually AOK.

Strawberry shortcake or chocolate pudding. My favorite cake is a layered white cake with strawberries on one level and chocolate pudding on the other with whipped cream.
That is my ultimate cake.

The chocolate espresso cake with buttercream sounds fabulous. Strawberries, I'm not sure with espresso. But I'd take it all!
