10 Month Old Schedule
I am looking to revamp my childrens schedule and I am looking to see what all of your recommend.
How many bottles a day is your dc having? How many oz in each bottle? Are they with meals or alternating time?
Also if they are not eating baby food what are you making them?
Thank you in advance,
Melissa

Re: 10 Month Old Schedule
Hi Melissa,
I have absolutely no idea if we are doing the right thing with DS and his schedule, but it is working for now and he just turned 10 months last week.
He gets 3 - 8 oz bottles each day. He also gets breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We have them all spaced about 3 hours apart from each other, so he does not get his bottles at the same time as his meals.
I am still making his baby food right now and we haven't really moved onto much in the way of finger foods yet.
In any event, we are kinda winging it and DS seems to be content enough!

Very similar here. DD is not quite 10 months yet, but she gets 3 bottles a day and 3 meals.
Our day looks like this so far... 6:30 8 oz. bottle 9:00 3 T cereal, and fruit...also dry cheerios, or waffle pieces
(I try to add a finger food component to each meal for practice).
12:30 1 yobaby yogurt with fruit or cheese or avocado, as well as puffs, or apple pieces or cracker pieces
3:00 6 oz. bottle
5:30 meat, veggies, 2 T cereal and for finger food it is either puffs, veggies, gold fish crackers or some type of fruit pieces
7:30 8 oz. bottle and bed

Re: 10 Month Old Schedule
I also am CLUELESS when it comes to this stuff and look forward to what others have to say as well!
DS gets 4 bottles a day b/c he doesn't like to drink alot at once. His bottles are generally from 5-6.5 oz but, every once in a while he will eat much less.
He also eats breakfst lunch and dinner. Breakfast is about an hour - 1.5 hrs after first bottle. Lunch is same time after second bottle and dinner is between 3rd and 4th bottle.
Breakfast is usually yogurt or cereal and fruit.
For lunch and dinner I am trying to get him to eat more and more non-pureed foods but, it is an uphill battle! I usually have food at lunch he needs to chew and alternate dinner with some chewy foods and some baby food.
I make most of his food - sometimes he gets jars if we are busy.
Hope this helps!

Yup, we are feeding Lucas at pretty much the exact same times as you. Although tomorrow we are going to switch from giving a bottle first thing to giving breakfast.
Lately when we feed him his breakfast at 9:00, he has been falling asleep in the high chair. If we give him his breakfast at 6 and his bottle at 9, it might be easier to put him down for a nap after the bottle. Glad to know this schedule works for someone else too!

Re: 10 Month Old Schedule
It seems like we are all roughly on the same track. Was worried that I was doing something wrong.
