12 hours by 12 weeks?
Does anyone know what the formula in the book was? I borrowed it from the library a few months ago and I don't remember what the author's formula was. Does anyone know? I know it was a certain amount of ounces per x amount of hours starting at a certain time of day...but I can't recall the specifics. TIA!

You should look at the number of ounces DC is drinking and divide by 4 for 4 feedings during the day. Try to get DC to wait the 4hours between feedings as much as possible. GOod luck!
