18 month old and bath?
how do you bathe them? are they still in the bath ring, or just free in the tub?

Re: 18 month old and bath?
DD is 17 months, and still in the inflatable tub that goes inside the bathtub. She still seems comfy, and I want to keep her in there until she doesn't fit I'm a freak about bathroom germs and it grosses me out if she even touches the regular tub while she's in the little tub Obviously I've got to get over it soon

Re: 18 month old and bath?
My DS has been free in the tub since 15 mos, we did put a slip (elmo) pad suctioned to bottom to help keep from slipping and give DS something to look at.

Re: 18 month old and bath?
we rent and are currently having a problem with the drain not working so he is still in the inflatable tub and so far no issues with it, although I would like to take him out of it, just cant due to what I mentioned.

my dd is 21 months and still in the bath ring. I am so worried about her slipping without it!

Re: 18 month old and bath?
Free tub my DD has been in the free tub for more than 6 months - once she started walking last may she wanted nothing to do with the smaller tubs/rings. In some ways it is much easier I just throw a ton of tub toys in with her and they distract her while I wash her - and she gets some playtime out of it - she loves bath time except for getting her hair washed

Re: 18 month old and bath?
Free in the tub but we do have a bath mat that runs the whole length of the tub. DS likes to "swim" from one end to the other.

DS has been a fish in the big tub for a month and a half (he is almost 17 months), we used the inflatable for a while, but it wripped :(
