18 month old dd sleep issues

Ferber has worked with my dd to get her to go to sleep but every night she gets up around 2 and wants to come in our bed. I have tried everything from being in there with her to letting her cio to ferber and nothing has worked I can't break this habit when she cries she won't stop and with ferber I went two hours and couldn't do it anymore. I'm preggo now with dc #2 on the way in sept and want to get this straightened out before then. She has only stn maybe a dozen times at most. Please help! Any suggestions would be appreciated! TIA

my dd does this too and she is 3. two words - reward chart

this works so well for my dd and I think 18 months is old enough to "get it"

my dd has stayed in her bed for the past 2 nights (after coming into our room pretty much every night for about 2 weeks )

so last night she woke up close to 2 again. I went in two times and then she wasnt even really crying so i let her go and she went back to bed but....she woke up at 430 and i was so tired i had to pick her up ughh at least there is progress
