1800 contacts
I am about to order from them for the first time.
How are they in general? Anyone had any bad experience? OR most importantly, does anyone have a coupon or knows where to get one?

Re: 1800 contacts
I have ordered from them, no complaints, but find I actually get cheaper lenses through my dr since he almost always has a rebate.

Re: 1800 contacts
Excellent. I've used them exclusively for 5 years now. I never had any problems. They come so quickly, they send you reminders about refilling, they call your doctor for you. Right now they have a no shipping special on the site and a rebate if you buy 4 boxes of Accuvue. I know this, I just ordered yesterday

Re: 1800 contacts
They are excellent! Last time I ordered I found a lower price on visiondirect.com, but they were out of my strength! Well, I called 1800 contacts and they price matched to the vision direct price (that included a vision direct coupon code!) and gave me free shipping (it was over $100). I got them within a week.
So look for any competitor prices too since they match!

Re: 1800 contacts
I think I used them a long time ago, and there were fine, but now I get my contacts at Costco.

Re: 1800 contacts
I have used them. Overall they are great.
The only issue I had is apparantly there was some problem with the brand of contacts I ordered. Somehow some fakes were floated into the market. 1800contacts was making efforts to make sure that I didn't get a counterfeit one. So it took a long time to get them and I didn't know about it until I called.

I order my Accuvue from them too and I've never had any problems. They usually offer free shipping and a rebate too.

I use to use them until I found that visiondirect.com has my lenses cheaper. Never had a problem though

Re: 1800 contacts
I just ordered from them yesterday.
For my lenses, there wasn't a discount unless you ordered a year's supply.
I have ordered from them in the past & had no problems, but with the shipping cost, I don't find it to be too much of a bargain.
