Well, they cancelled my appt Friday b/c of the snow so I had to wait until Sunday to go in. I went out to eat Saturday night but I still lost .4! So, I'm down 12 pounds in one month!!!
Awesome! I just got back, and I lost 3.6 this week!! I'm 0.8 from my goal!!!

That's great to hear everyone having success.
I only lost .8 today. I knew I didn't do well. I cheated and I didn't exercise as much because of the snow. DISAPPOINTED

Had a great result on the scale. I am down another 3.6 so that makes 19.8 in 8 weeks.
However, still would love to lose another 20!

That's amazing! Keep it up! I gained this week!  I think part of the reason is that my weigh-in this week was mid-afternoon, and it's usually first thing in the morning. Plus, I cheated a bit.
I'm going full throttle this week so I can hit my goal and be finished.

awesome results! I am doing this diet as well, weigh in tomorrow but so far have lost 12.4! Still have about 20 to go...

down another 1.8 for a total of 24.4. Getting a little bored with the food since I keep picking the same ones. I have also been eating regular food quite a bit

I was down 1.6 this week (I skipped weigh in last week and had been up anbd down...had a bad few weeks but got right back on track!) down at total of 16 now!

Hi all - just wanted to check in. It's been getting harder but, I reached the 20 pound mark and couldn't be happier!!!! I went to a family party on Saturday and several people noticed and said things so I'm feeling good. I just need to get more excercise in. It's so hard with a four year old and 7 month old twins. I love taking the twins for walks but the 4 year old wants to come along and that won't work. I try to walk during work but that's hard too - especially with all this rain and my allergies. So, I try to do my Wii. It's something, right???!!!!

Today I weighed in the evening instead of the morning, so the scale only showed down .2 However I also celebrated my birthday this week, so that could also be a reason :(

I hate when I do that!!! But think about it - next week if you go in the am, it should show a big difference!!! I'm 2-3 pounds heavier in the evening. That's great though - still a loss!
