2 Bathroom remodel?
We are gutting two bathrooms. Both bathrooms are full bathrooms one has a shower the other a tub. I'm driving myself crazy trying to decide if we should do the same tile in both. They are on two different floors. Does it look corny if we did the same tile but different paint and accessories?

I don't think that would look bad at all. Especially if you can save money by buying the same tile I would do it and just make them look different with paint color and finishes.

Re: 2 Bathroom remodel?
I did 3 1/2 bathrooms at the same time, mainly because they had to be done and it really was cheaper that way. That said, I used different tiles/fixtures in each one (other than Toto toilets). I just felt it was too matchy otherwise and detracted from the bathrooms themselves and possibly from potential resale value.

2 Bathroom remodel?
We finished one bathroom about 2 years ago and are planning to finish the second this summer. We're planning to use the same tile with different accent tiles.

2 Bathroom remodel?
I personally think it looks odd and less good to have the same tile in multiple baths. we did 2.5 baths at the same time and did them differently. I didn't want the master bath looking the same as the hall bath or half bath.
I don't think you're saving any money by doing the same tile

Re: 2 Bathroom remodel?
we just did this in our house and did the bathrooms totally different. One in beige and one in gray. I feel like they should look different.

2 Bathroom remodel?
We have 3 full baths although we renovated them at different times we chose carrera marble but in different sizes and patterns for two. They both have carrera vanity tops also. The third has Calcutta gold marble which is similar. They are very different but they go together if that makes sense.

Do what you like. If the tile is on the neutral side you get a totally different look in each bath with fixtures, vanity and paint.

Re: 2 Bathroom remodel?
You can choose different accents like everyone said --- fixtures, lighting, sink, countertop but also different tile accents. Use the same field tile (the plain tile) and choose mosaics, listellos, chair rails or pencils that will be different.
