honestly - you are TRULY lucky that you feel the baby at 20 weeks. i didn't feel my hiccuppy girl until 26 weeks.
sporadic movement is 100% normal!

Ok thanks....I got nervous b/c I was feeling the baby alot in the beg. of the week which was even at 19 weeks but then only a little bit the past few days....I go for my level 2 Wed and I know that I will feel more reassured then, but I got nervous b/c I thought by now it was more consistent but I guess not...thanks!

Completely normal. I thought the same thing as you, that since I felt the baby early I would continue to feel her every day. But early in the 20 week period there would be days where I wouldn't feel her at all. I was worried then too but its completely normal.

Re: 20 weeks and I don't feel the baby move every day???
It is completely normal. I have felt DC since 9 weeks but it is sporadic. It is usually when I lie down at night just before going to bed that I feel the baby. It was not until week 30 or so that I think I felt DS every day. With him I felt kicks starting at 15 weeks. I remember freaking out at week 26 with him not feeling him for a day. I ended up at the hospital for a NST. Everything was fine, but I was so worried.

Re: 20 weeks and I don't feel the baby move every day???
I'm 20 weeks also and worry about the same things. Some days I feel the baby more than others. I read that it depends on your activity level-- if you're really active then you might not feel the baby because your movements are bigger than the baby's. (He/she is really still very small) I also read that the baby's active period might be when you're asleep.
Ive been comforted somewhat by these ideas; although, I can't wait to feel the baby every day! Soon...

I think it would be normal - 20 weeks is still early for some to feel the baby regularly if even at all.
i didn't feel my second daughter until after 25 weeks and i remember feeling my first around 20 weeks - so its normal - you may even find a difference with other pregnancies too.

Re: 20 weeks and I don't feel the baby move every day???
It is a bit worrisome - I actually called and went to the doctor for this very same concern @ 24 weeks....
the doc said this is normal - and to keep in mind that sometimes the baby finds a comfy spot and chills there for a while....
now @ 27 weeks I am feeling more movement, but still waiitng for it to become more consistent......

Re: 20 weeks and I don't feel the baby move every day???
I started feeling him flutter at 17 weeks, but nothing steady until the past week/week and a half. (I'm 22 weeks now). Even now, there are days when I only feel him move once or twice.
