What happened to this log?? No one posts anymore?
10/11 - 4 mile run - trails of sunken meadow 10/12 - spin class & upper body strength 10/13 - 5k race 10/14 - 5k race 10/15 - butt, legs, thighs strength 10/16 AM - spin class, chest/back strenth 10/16 PM - xc workout intervals (ran with kids) total of 3.5 miles

10/17 - rest 10/18 - ran 50 mins xc workout with the kids 10/19 - 1 hour spin class + 1 hour body pump class 10/20 - 5 mile run

10/21 - off 10/22 - xc interval workout - total of 3.5 miles 10/23 - sick so skiped run- easy at home workout instead(pushups, situps, etc) 10/24 - 1 hour spin class + 1 hour body blast class
