Official 2008 Workout Log...

OK ladies - post away...

Wed 1/2 - Cardio Kickboxing
Thurs 1/3 - Cardio Kickboxing
Fri 1/4 - weights:

Bicep Curls - Full Range of Motion 3/10/8
Bicep Curls -Half Down 3/10/8 (mixed with full range)
Tricep Kick backs 3/10/8
Tricep dips 3 sets of 10
Squats 3/10/8
Ab crunches: 60

I'll add - 30 minutes of Dance Dance Revolution

Thurs. 1/3-30 mins. fatburner bike ride
Fri 1/4-30 mins. bike
Sun. 1/6 30 mins. bike
Mon 1/7 30 mins. bike

I use a fatburner program but am not up to the really high intervals yet, so i am adding a high interval every other workout, if that makes sense...so far, I like this but I know it's good to vary..yoga at work tomorrow..

15 minute power walk during lunch.

45 minutes power walking on treadmill at gym. 3.0 speed at 2.0 incline.

Sat: cycling class
Sun:30 minute walk with dog and baby
Mon:cycling class AND 45 minute walk with DH, baby and dog)
Tues: Muscle conditioning class (first time and I LOVED it)

(almost passed out afterwards, haha)

20 minute power walk during lunch.

Worked out with trainer - abs, squats, lunges, twists with medicine ball, back, triceps, shoulders.

45 minutes fast walking on treadmill. 3.0 speed at 3.0 incline.

Finally posting!

Walked too and from the post office with packages- uphill on the way back

Jogged about 1.5 miles- (need to clock it next time I drive to be 100% sure) 20% was uphill

hope I am not to sore tomorrow- I want to do my pilates DVD

but for YESTERDAY (1-8):

full body routine~
squats
lunges
biceps
triceps
abs on excercise ball
chest press

30 minutes on treadmill

stretch

Tonight - Dance Dance Revolution 30 minutes

Weights:

Bicep curls - 3 sets of 12, 8 lbs
Triceps - 3 sets of 10, 8 lbs
Shoulder press - 3 sets of 12, 8 lbs
Flies - 3 sets of 8, 8 lbs
Lunges - 3 sets of 12, 16 lbs (8 lbs in each hand)
Dead lifts - 3 sets of 12, 8 lbs in each hand
Upright rows - 3 sets of 12, 8 lbs
Arm lifts - 3 sets of 12, 8 lbs
70 ab crunches
