2014 Honda Crv vs Ford Escape or totally different - a ford fusion ?
I've owned a Honda before and it lasted me a long time.
The goal is to bring my monthly payment down.
This time around, I'm looking to lease.
I currently have a Nissan rogue, it's okay ..not crazy about it. The cargo space is not big enough and the ride is rough if you're sitting in the back..also not enough room in the back.
However , it's financed so the lease would have about $80 rolled in to payments...not too bad,
I really like the Ford Escape. Need to test drive it still. This would be only $50 less a month with the rogue difference built in.
The ford fusion is obviously a totally different car, a sedan.
I didn't really like the body look of the car, inside is nice..
But, it's still roomy enough for my sons convertible seat and the trunk space seems good. This car would bring my payment down $100/month also with rogue difference built in.
I test drove the Honda crv today and was quite pleased.
Still need to go over numbers on this car.
I think with having a child, for me the crossover is the best choice, I could store a bicycle if needed, etc.
Which car would you choose and why?

Im on my second fusion with kids and LOVE it. It has PLENTY of room if you want to go the sedan route. I have not had a single issue with either of them, not once.
The trunk is huge and Ive had two strollers and sports equipment in it and still have room for groceries, etc when out shopping.

For a 4 cylinder, mine has more than enough pep and I have a heavy foot. I feel like there might be a 6 cylinder option too but Im not positive of that.

The CRV has little trunk space. It's tight. It looks bigger empty but when you fill it up there's not a lot of room. It's roomier then the older model but not enough for me

i was between the CRV and escape & went with the escape. i think its a little bigger than the CRV & the trunk is bigger too

the only thing i dont like about it is that its a very loud car on the inside especially when i drive on parkways

We have an Escape, 2nd one (company cars), and have had zero issues. Roomy trunk space, gets good gas mileage. I don't find it loud at all.
