After 6 years of being a SAHM, 2014 is the year I go back to work. I have mixed feelings on this.

Praying/hoping DH gets a promotion, and just enjoying my kids growing up... it seems to happen faster as they get older.
I would also love to finally get the courage to tell a certain family member how I feel about them, but my love for my mother and desire to keep the peace has really put a cramp in that wish.

Lots to look forward to in 2014:
- I'm finally getting the breast augmentation surgery that we've been saving for in February.
- 20 year softball reunion in May (in South Florida) with girls that I've been friends with since we were 10 years old.
- Big family wedding in June back in New York (I live in Milwaukee). My baby cousin who I was once very close to is getting married. Very excited for this.
- DS will be starting 4K and DD will be entering Kindergarten in the Fall.

2014... plans, thoughts, ideas, wishes
I had a crazy year in 2013, lost my grandma, and my dog, had 2 surgeries, my dad's cancer is back, but then in August, I got pregnant (and had been told I'd never have a baby without medical intervention). In September we got engaged... I am hoping that is the start of an upswing for my family.
In 2014, we are: Buying a house (hopefully close in January.)
Married in February (maybe)
Baby Girl in May
I hope to just enjoy my little girl and my new life with my wonderful fiancé. It's been a rough road for me, and at 37, I'm finally getting what I always hoped to find.

Get back into running again.... I've been doing shorter distances but will sign up for another half. I'd like to do more yoga as well to increase flexibility, and continue weight training now that I'm getting hooked on that.
Clean up my eating. December is always my cheat month
Continue to Work on myself emotionally. I've made a lot of progress in that area and have learned to let go of a lot of stuff I've experienced in my life.
Be a more peaceful person. I've grown there too and love the feeling of finally just "being". I have become a lot more spiritual and have renewed my faith which has truly saved me.
Looking forward to digging ourselves out of our financial hole now that we both have good jobs again.
Seeing lots of live music with DH! Avett Brothers, Arcade Fire, Dropkick Murphys, Reverend Horton Heat, and RatDog!!!

So far, my list is short but with big things:
- Finish chemo
- Have my surgery
- Do whatever I can to not have post-surgery complications
- Once I get the all-clear from the doctors, BOOK MY TRIP TO IRELAND!!! I've never been, and it's one thing that has kept me chugging along through treatment...dreaming and researching about DH and I going there

Save money.
Attend some college classes or some kind of trade school.
Spend lots of quality time with our two boys since we are thinking about trying for a third and FINAL baby in 2015.

Excited to watch my little baby discover new things
Start a "new" job
Pass my licensing exam
Finally finish healing from giving birth 
Although I'm so tired and bored with Mexico, I'll be excited to have little one experience it for the first time.
Get back to dancing, yoga, and working out.
To have all my family and friends be happy and healthy this year.

- Going to Disney in February!
- Continue on my weight watchers journey
- Pay off some debt
- Focus on staying positive and calm- I am always so stressed
- I wish DH's job improves or that he finds something that makes him happy
- Not worry about pleasing everyone. I can't make everyone happy
- Take the time to appreciate the small things on a daily basis, especially with my kids. I don't want to take another minute for granted.
