2nd round of stimulus?
I'm reading that this week they should be making decisions about a phase 4 stimulus package. Trump was interviewed last night and said both sides seem to be in agreement that more money is needed for all of us, and said they are looking to do payroll tax cuts as well.
I wonder what this will look like, and if it's going to be similar to the last one....

Seriously. Now many stimulus checks, tax cuts, and small business loans can this country afford? I agree they are needed, but after awhile, we will be in trouble when they stop giving these.

Neither did I or a few friends. My accountant told me I would be getting it on May 24th. Not sure why its so late. But a friend mentioned maybe it's because we always pay at tax time. But I really have no idea.

I don't think that was him, I think it was one of his advisors that said that. But he talks out of his a$$ most of the time so who really knows if what he said yesterday is even true LOL

That is exactly what I was thinking. I understand people need money, but if they keep just giving it out, money will become worthless.

I’ve checked the site several times & it always says the same thing. That we’re eligible but they do not have our direct deposit info. Then when I go to give the direct deposit info it also asks questions about taxes (how much you earned & how much of a refund or money owed) and every time it says “this does not match our records”. So I’m just waiting for the paper checks for both dh & i...if they ever come!

Do you guys file jointly? If so, use the info for whoever is listed first on your tax return. I was getting the same message you were and once I put in DH's info, it gave the direct deposit info. We received our $ last week.

they may be using you 2018 returns then. See if it works using the information from your 2018 return instead.

We do file jointly...I tried my info, dh’s info, 2019 tax info, 2018 tax info...even different bank accounts in case one wasn’t working for some reason. I get the same result every time! I don’t mind waiting for the check, I just wish I knew if it was actually coming!

2nd one? We didn’t get the first yet. Supposedly we should have it in 2 days. I’ll believe it when I see it
And it should cover just our health coverage for the month
This whole thing is a joke. UI (which I’m still waiting to get ) it doesn’t come close to covering bills for the avg homeowner on LI
