2nd time around mom here and

Im venting!

I take prenatals daily and did with DD.

With DD, I had great hair, great nails....felt great!

Honestly I loved being pg.

This time around, felt sick and exhausted up until 10wks (should of expected due to twins), not good hair, my nails break constantly, I feel hideous and oh let me add that ...........
I AM HAIRIER than ever before. I have 5 oclock shadows on all, Legs, underarms, eyebrows are bad.

I never had to shave with DD, I mean there was hair but it seemed to slow down and felt I didnt do it as often.

Yeah - the great hair/great nails thing passed me by too! I've always had nice nails and if anything, they are 10x worse pregnant! They break at the drop of a hat! I was looking forward to nicer hair - esp since it's gotten pretty thin and fine over the years - no such luck!!!

I know it's all old wives tales but the hair thing is TOTALLY a boy thing. I had to shave constantly with DS and my hair grew like a weed. Now my hair doesn't grow at all.

I think the good hair thing is a myth. My hair has never been uglier!

Same here.

My hair almost reached my waist with DS#1 and my nails were gorgeous, my skin was glowing.

Now, I look like a pimply teenager, my hair is flat and greasy, and my nails are paper thin.

Boo!

I am with you!
My hair is awful- dry, breaking, dull. It's always been fine but I feel like it's even limper.
My nails are peeling and splitting.
I take prenatals with fish oil too- which is supposed to be so great. Yeah right.


The only good hair I got out of this deal is that on my arms.
Yeah that's growing like a weed.

I feel crappier this time around too...though I don't have twins. I'm more tired and still feel queazy at 16 weeks. But I have to say, my hair has JUST started to look better.

Yeah everyone is guessing boy for me too.

But I thought it was the girls that are supposed to steal your beauty in that old wives tale!
