30 day shred- questions

1. Do all the levels come on one DVD?

2. How long is the workout? 20 mins?

3. Are you supposed to do it 30 days STRAIGHT or are there rest days?

4. Anyone see clear results from it?

All levels come on 1 DVD. I got a really good price on Amazon.com

All sessions are 20 minutes.

I couldn't do it 30 days straight because of work, but I did try for 3 days in a row at any point in time. I can usually fit 20 minutes a day in.

I saw results - the push ups got MUCH easier and my arms started to get some definition.

Unfortunately, I hurt my wrist so I had to stop doing it, but once it's better I'm going to return to it.

I actually started it up again this week. I find it is getting easier. I've switched it up with doing the elliptical every other day. I am losing weight and the workouts are getting easier.

I really want to try this but I have heard it's HARD. I am quitting my gym because I just don't go, but I really need to get this ...

I'm reading this trying to get the motivation to do it now! I just started up again this week - its a good workout and only 22 minutes (when you include the warm up and stretching)
