30 miles
I met my goal for the week!! I ran a total of thirty miles.
I am trying to train for my first marathon. I desperately want to run the NYC marathon in 2008 and I am looking to do a few half marathons this year.
If anybody knows of any, please let me know

new york road runners has a half marathon series, one in each borough. the staten island one is in october. i think queens might be in september. they're very good races. well organized and good courses.
