31 weeks and doc says..
babys head is down already...is this normal.What does it mean besides he is getting in position? Willl I go early?

I don't think it means anything--they move constantly, even the last few weeks when you are close to delivering.

my baby has been head down at every sono so I don't think it means much till the very end...

at that stage it doesnt mean much. Mine has been head down since 30 weeks and now at almost 36 weeks she's still head down.
It really only matters once your further along and getting ready to deliver, because if the baby isn't head down it could mean complications and possible c-section.
