Wedding attire ?
My BF is getting Saturday night at the Mezzanine in NJ. I'm 8 1/2 months pregnant, so my options are limited. I had bought a dress a while back, but I forgot I had to get the zipper fixed and in retrospect, I don't think a hot pink dress is the best thing for a preggo to be wearing. I have a black halter with beading, pretty dressy. Do you think it would be ok to wear that with black dress pants? or should i suck it up and buy a new dress?

Re: Wedding attire ?
Honestly I would suck it up and buy a dress. I would never wear pants to a fancy wedding, preggers or not...

Re: Wedding attire ?
8-1/2 months pregnant. Wear what is comfortable! A few women wore pants to our wedding and I've been to plenty of weddings where women have worn pants and they weren't pregnant. But than again, I don't see anything wrong with wearing pants to a wedding anyway.

Re: Wedding attire ?
I would not buy something new-- try the outfit on, with jewelry and the appropriate shoes and see what it looks like.
I got married at the Carltun, Sat night, black tie-- and there were two women wearing pants at my wedding... they were not pregnant, and just chose to wear pants. One wore a pant suit , the other-- dressy pants with a top. It was appropriate though.
So, if you think the outfit looks nice on-- I would do that. Spending money on a dress at this point in your pregnancy seems like a waste-- unless you can get something really cheap.

You're 8.5 months pregnant with twins. I think you should wear what's comfortable.
