That's how I'm feeling. Esp living in FL now! They are reporting that McCain took Kentucky, which was expected.

I am REALLY curious to see where NC goes. I have seen a LOT of McCain/Palin signs everywhere I go.
There are a lot of tri-staters here, but I'm not sure it's enough to turn it blue.
But we shall see in about 19 minutes!!!!!

I guess it depends on what news station you're watching, but how can they say that certain states are won before everything is in? I know they're saying that McCain won Kentucky, but Fox News is reporting that only 12 % of votes are in from that state

I think they use a combo of exit polls and polls done in the days running up to the election.

MSNBC gave Obama Vermont with only 10% in too- I'm surprised- isn't this how they got in trouble in 2000? But maybe they won't call the battleground states as fast- hopefully.

McCain is leading in VA also right now...55% to 44%....
Also leading in FL right now 54% to 46%
