We've had a McCain sign on our lawn since September and nobody has said that to either DH or I.
I understand that; but I think it depends on where you live as well - who you come into contact with on a daily basis
someone can say that and not even KNOW someone that is AA or Hispanic
or have had that said to them

Someone at work actually told me that they would not vote for Obama because they think he will make us sit in the back of the bus. When I told her to please give me a better reason why she was voting for McCain, she didnt answr me.
I will come right out and say some people are voting for him because he's black and some are NOT voting for him because he's black.
But I dont think that of everyone who is voting for McCain. Only those that make stupid racist comments.

I agree. With one exception, everyone I know who voted for McCain did so because they supported his policies and preferred them to Obama's.
