36 week + ladies......how to bring on labor tips lol
I'm ready to give birth like NOW......what are some natural ways you ladies are trying to bring on labor?
What methods have your friends/family members used in the past that have actually worked? TIA!

Walking. Sounds so simple but i was still commuting and doing subway stairs until 11PM the night before my first was born. He was born 1024am on what was supposed to be my last day of work.
Take a few laps around your block every night.
Sex, and make sure he finishes in you ;)
They say eggplant. Coincidentally i did have eggplant rollatine for dinner the night before ryan was born
Squats to help baby drop and gear up
There are more but walking and sex are the ones i actually believe

Oh, I am right there with you! Lets get these babies OUT!!! I agree w/pp that I have heard walking and sex, also nipple stimulation? That one I have heard a lot.
I asked my OB and she said sex, I will be 37 weeks on Thurs, so we will be having spicy food, walking and sex that night

Drinking castor oil, pelvic rocking on an exercise/birthing ball, nipple stimulation (my Bradley instructor said to use my breast pump). Also evening primrose oil can start contractions and some kind of tea.

I tried EVERYTHING to bring on labor for my first DC. NOTHING worked and I went a week past due. GOOD LUCK and if you find a new trick, pass it on this way!!!

We are due the same day =)
I had a Pedicure last friday and that didn't do anything. I think the concern is more about the foot massage portion of the pedi. I believe there is a pressure point in the ankle that could bring on labor. Maybe try googling?

OK ladies hold on when when I tell you this I did read it ...It stated that you can play with your nipples...BUT ....then it also said doing this will bring on heavy duty contractions..so I mean really who the HE!! would want that!!
