4 month feeding schedule
can someone please share theirs with me for your SON. not sure if boys eat more typically or not ..
my son will be 4 months on 4/17 and as of 2 days ago he is NOT satisfied with his 6-8 oz bottle (he was over 40oz a day a few days which I know is NOT good)so I tried rice cereal in a bowl with formula, he isn't getting much cause the spoon is new to him so I also added a small amount to his bottle and he is still SO SO hungry after 1.5 hours..
I don't know what to do
I did place a call to my ped and waiting for a callback
has anyone given something other then just rice cereal at this stage??
Thanks!!

Re: 4 month feeding schedule
I started giving Jack cereal and fruit for dinner at 3.5 months old.
He would have Five 6 ounce bottles - usually every 3 hours or so. Then at night I would give him 2 tables spoons of cereal and a jar of fruit. Sometime he will skip the last bottle (so he only has 4 bottles - 24 ounces). It depends on his feeding schedule for the day.
He is now 4 months 1 week and I give him the same, except now he may have a vegtable instead of a fruit ans sometime I give him a fruit with lunch.
Why don't you try giving him a jar of fruit for lunch with his bottle? That might help.
Jack is 15.3 lbs and 27 inches.

Re: 4 month feeding schedule
Also, it took Jack a few days to get used to the spoon and now he is fine.
