4 month old tossing and turning at night

My 4month old is constantly tossing and turning during the night. It keeps me up - as DC is in pnp in our room cause of various reasons. DC wakes up in middle of night and I bring into bed with us - Not a habit I want to start at all - but it is all I can do to sleep.
DC is a good sleeper once in bed!! But is constantly moving if sleeping alone.
Swaddling did not work - DC got out of it!!
Could this be teething or is it too early?
Any other suggestions to get DC to sleep alone

I would leave DC in the pack n play - especially if you don't want to start the habit of bringing your baby into your bed. Babies move all over the place, so DC moving while sleeping is normal. My son starts in one spot and all thru the night is back and forth in his crib.

I could've written the exact same post however, my DS is 3 months. We just switched to PNP from bassinet yesterday (tried to keep him in there as long as possible bc of space issues)...I thought it would've gone better give him space but now he figured out how to move around. Couldn't believe that I put him in horizontally and when I went to bed he was laying vertically.
