That is totally unreal! I wonder if he has some sort of medical disorder which is causing the excess weight gain.

It has to be a medical thing.... there is no way a baby would get that big on breast milk alone... unless he was latched onto her boobs 24 hours a day!!!

I agree...there are a couple of disorders that i know of that cause excessive growth but he's 30 inches long which is long for an 8 month old but not excessive.

I would think there has to be an underlying medical issue.

I think both of my sons could have reached close to that weight on just breastmilk if we didn't regulate. I was getting 60+ oz.
