LMAO...If its a feeding issue I think the parents are neglectful b/c it cannot be healthy but it coudl surely be medical too....

The first thing I thought of when I saw this was Prader-Willi syndrome, but honestly, I think it is the mother's issue.

The weight issue in Prader Willi doesn't manifest until they are older - around 5-6 years old... At this point, he should have a weak cry and poor su ck, which doesn't look like he has any problem

It may be cute now but it won't be when he's older. I hope his mother is getting to the cause of this weight gain before the health risks with obesity become a serious problem.
