I am reading "A Thousand Splendid Suns" right now and while I like it, I reallllllly want something GOOD to happen soon. It's pretty sad and I am rooting for the characters to have some GOOD in their lives soon.

Re: What are you reading right now??
I just returned Wicked to the library. I couldn't finish reading it. I'm normally a really good reader, but it was dragging. I think I should have read it before going to see the Broadway play.
I'm going to start Possible Side Effects now.

Re: What are you reading right now??
I just finished Friday Night Knitting Club and it was REALLY good! I took my time and enjoyed it, which has been rare for me lately. I read it in 3 days because I wanted to know what was going to happen to each character.

Re: What are you reading right now??
The Evolution Of A Cro-Magnon
In his new autobiography, NYHC legend John Bloodclot Joseph recounts his hard times and spiritual redemption. A traumatic childhood in foster homes was just the beginning of John's evolution. Before fronting one of the most important bands in the underground punk scene, the Cro-Mags, John faced homelessness, addiction, betrayal and insanity. Still, even his success couldn't save him from a relapse that set him back to square one - rock bottom. The book is a raw and unapologetic autobiography about his life. Consider yourself warned.
I just finished Time Traveler's Wife - thought it was GOOD but was expecting more.
Next is Water for Elephants.
