I loved Peony in Love!
I just finished up The Namesake by Jhumpa Lahiri. I'm currently reading New York Burning by Jill Lepore. That's a non-fiction about slavery in 1741 NYC--really good!

I thought it was OK.. I found that it dragged a little for me, but I did like it.. I liked Snow Flower much better.. and I am totally going to reserve Shanghai Girls at the Library
